Took me a month to do it though. I saw it as soon as it came a month ago because I found someone giving away free movie passes to it and I didn't have money to see it again until now. Plus I had to wait to see it on a Tuesday because movies tend to be much cheaper on Tuesdays but I happen to be busy each Tuesday as well. The latest being my birthday last week but ended up not going anywhere because I had no money. 
Finally got a birthday dinner last Friday but I'm still owed one DQ birthday cake at the end of this week. 
So it cost $5.20 to see the movie today and the theatre was pretty packed for a matinee show. That surprised me and a boy beside me hasn't seen the movie yet and kept asking him mom questions or reacting to certain scenes during the movie. It was adorable. I also saw the movie 2D this time around. Last time I saw it in 3D. Overall, I prefer watching movies in 2D. I was PSYCHED the first time I watched it so this time I was much more relaxed and enjoyable. 
Now I will patiently wait for the DVD to come out in November. That feels so far away. It was enough that I had to wait a year for the movie to hit theatres after I saw the teaser trailer last year in June. And also have to wait for HTTYD3 in 2 years time. 
April 8, 2024 Solar Eclipse
I had a lot of fun watching the solar eclipse today. Luckily I live within the 100% totality of it. It did get a bit cloudy but not enough to cover the sun. I saw the solar eclipse with my family. I also looked at the sun when my glasses fell off accidentally. I had my phone in my hand and was using one hand to put the glasses on. Stupid me! I should have used both hands. Anyway, I saw white spots after but I think my eyes are okay. I went to my workplace, Upper Canada Village, to watch the eclipse since they were hosting an event to view it. It was actually at the Friends of Crysler's Farm Battlefield National Historic Site. They charged $10 for parking but attendance was free and they provided free solar eclipse glasses. I bought a pair off of Facebook Marketplace a month ago for $4 so then I got another pair for free with my workplace's logo on them. I lost the pair I bought so at least I have these ones as a souvenir. It was so eerie when it got dark and the temperature dropped. It

LOOK AT WHAT I DISCOVERED!!!
Look at what I discovered a few days ago! Something called Daily Challenges! I was checking the status of the #ChristmasTreeProject2023 hashtag and the page changed to these Daily Challenges. I'm do want people to participate but most of the submissions now are done with DreamUp and AI, which I'm not at all thrilled about. I also never thought to make a rule about AI. I will update the rules soon and I am not allowing DreamUp and AI submissions to be acceptable. To me, using AI is cheating and I'm not a fan of it. I want submissions to be unique and the effort put into it. Plus, most of these submissions are not following the rules of being 100x100 pixels and being transparent so for that alone, they are not acceptable to this project. EDIT: A few days later, I rechecked AI submissions and the majority of them ended up being NSFW/PORN, which I don't want to see for this project. All NSFW/PORN submissions are also REJECTED.
